You should hunt down for help as soon as you start experiencing symptoms that may hint towards a heart attack. In most cases, a person starts experiencing symptoms that may lead to a heart attack; however, most of us out there tend to ignore the same. If one is able to spot the early signs of a heart attack, it could actually become a lifesaver and you could actually reach out for real help.

Below mentioned are some of the signs that you can look out for in order to spot an upcoming heart attack.

Discomfort In Chest:- Chest discomfort is one of the most common symptoms of an oncoming heart attack. People who have experienced heart attacks have had different experiences in their chest. Some feel high pressure on their chest while others have a burning or pinching sensation in their chest before they experience a heart attack. However, if you have pain in your chest just for a brief period, most probably it is not headed towards a heart attack. However, if you feel discomfort in your chest for several minutes, you must call the ambulance right away!

Shortness Of Breath:- Continuous shortness of breath, without any particular reason, is another common sign that may lead to a heart attack. Shortness of breath may or may not be combined with chest discomfort when someone experiences a heart-related issue. Shortness of breath may also be a symptom of mitral stenosis.

Unease In Upper Body Parts:- Squeezing pain in arms, spreading to your neck, jaw, and back could be one of the most prominent early signs of a heart attack which you should be aware of.

Cold Sweat And Fatigue:- If you have been experiencing fatigue without actually indulging in rigorous physical activities and even after having proper sleep, it could be a sign of an upcoming heart attack. Paired with fatigue, if you also have been experiencing cold sweat, it’s high time for you to head towards a cardiologist to get yourself checked for mitral stenosis or any other heart-related issue.

Irregular Heartbeat:- Irregular heartbeat may also sign a heart attack. If you have been experiencing a huge variation in your heart rate, you should consult a cardiologist for the hidden reasons behind the same before it leads to something major.

If you start experiencing one or more of the above-mentioned symptoms, it is highly recommended for you to get in touch with a cardiologist at the earliest possible so that all the possible measures and precautions can be taken. Moreover, if one is able to spot the early signs of a heart attack, you can actually even prevent the same and in many cases even save your life.
